In this course, we will address the unique set of challenges that construction professionals face and what factors create a flourishing work environment. We’ll also offer suggestions for how to show up mentally prepared to do your best work.

  • Identify the specific stressors that apply to the construction industry.
  • Explain the suggestions made by safety professionals for preventing suicide in the construction industry.
  • Understand the benefits of team unity and connection.
  • Consider the benefits of practices like mindfulness and optimism.
